Natalie Baye, M.S. Ed., M.S. Sp.Ed.
President of The Trust Partners
Natalie has over 30 years experience working with
children and adults with special needs. She holds a dual Masters Degree in both Elementary Education and Special
Education, with a specialty in working with the Neurologically Impaired/Emotionally Challenged. She is licensed by
the New York City Department of Education and New York State to teach the trainable mentally/emotionally
challenged and autistic population, to administer comprehensive standardized cognitive evaluations and to work
with families to develop more effective parenting skills.
Baye has worked with children from birth to 3 years old as a special education teacher in the Early Intervention
Program and has used Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) with the autistic population. Practicing home-based therapy
her great insight into the daily struggles of having one or more children requiring constant assistance and
advocacy. In addition, Baye has participated in family annual review meetings with the Committee on Preschool
Special Education and the Committee on Special Education, bringing clearly into focus parents' confusion about
making choices for a child's educational future and determining who to go to for help with those decisions.
Baye is also founder and president of partner company, All About Time: An Approach to Organization and Time
Management, which has excelled in providing organizational services in educational, personal, home and business
areas with the LD, ADHD and OCD child and adult.
Baye is an Executive Board Member of CHADD of Nassau County (Children and Adults with ADHD) and a Committee Member
of NAMC (National Association of Mothers' Centers), ADHD Action Group, and the Orion Resource Group. She
participates in many professional and charitable causes throughout the Metropolitan N.Y. area.
