The Trust Partners Difference
We understand that a diagnosis of special needs/disabilities can be a life changing experience. The Trust Partners
offers an approach to life-long planning for your child that is supportive and provides personalized protection.
Our targeted consultations allow us to clarify your family's specific needs in order generate a Special Needs Plan
for today and the future.
The Trust Partners Team Approache
The Trust Partners professional team will address the needs of your entire family. The team coordinator will act as
a coach and manage an experienced team of professionals selected specifically for your family. This team approach
allows us introduce you to the top services, attorneys and financial advisors in their fields that will work best
for your situation. These professionals have the years of experience and knowledge needed to guide you in complete
life and estate planning.
Our personal coaching sessions, led by Natalie Baye, will prepare you for your visit with an attorney and/or
financial advisor and allow you to focus on the content of what is being discussed at those meetings. This will
create an atmosphere of confidence and encourage you to ask the questions you need answered and addressed in a
timely and economical way.
In addition, The Trust Partners will work with the team you have assembled and trust. Our strategy is to bring our
specialized knowledge to the table to review, consult and advise on any current plan that you may already have in
place and build new, sound plans that will protect your family.

A Parent's Personalized Resource Guide for Guardians*
The Trust Partners goes beyond supporting your foundational planning by providing your family with "A Parent's
Personalized Resource Guide for Guardians." This detailed and personalized guide, created with your guided input,
allows you to provide an organized reference for your chosen guardian that far exceeds the details of a will. It
is a comprehensive reference for a child's guardian and caretakers. The Parent's Personalized Resource Guide for
Guardians provides a single document with information about the "ins and outs" of your child's medical, educational
and personal history, as well as your hopes and dreams for the present and future of your child's life. The guide
will enable the guardian to understand what strategies have been effective in different situations as well as
provide them a glimpse into the child's life with his/her parents.
The Guide contains key contact information, location of important documents, and a listing of organizations,
agencies (government, private and non-profit) and support groups. In addition, a valuable, current References
Section of magazine, newspaper and web resources is included.
This is a legacy that your guardian, family and child will benefit from and treasure for years to come. It is an
invaluable resource every family must have.
